My Story
I work as a client centered Psychotherapist who holds a central tenet that you (the client) have autonomy for your healing. I work beside you with patience, compassion, and kindness. I embrace a theoretical approach that is both humanistic and integrative.

In my work, I deploy a mixture of mindfulness, cognitive behavioural, narrative, process orientated, sand-tray, creative and play therapies.
I have extensive international management and organisational skills and enjoy working in cross functional teams and group processes.

My journey in psychotherapy began with a foundation course on counselling with Maynooth college in 1992, Post Grad Dip with Dublin Counselling and Psychotherapy to completing a MSc in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy with University of Middlesex in 2018. I have also trained as a supervisor across professions in 2019.

I work in private practice and have worked with the following organisations; Sligo Rape Crisis Centre, Mayo Cancer Support, Hope House Addiction Centre.
